3°T&C LAB – 28-30 October 2025 “Guideline, monitor, evaluate: reduce the risk of dispersion during the training period – Methods, techniques and tools”

DAY 1 – October 28, 2025

The first day began with a Welcoming Ceremony hosted by SU “Hristo Yassenov”. Participants were greeted by the school management and project team, who provided an overview of the institution and the goals of the mobility.

This was followed by a session for Participants’ Presentations and Expectations. Each partner institution shared its motivation for joining the project, described its professional and educational context, and discussed relevant European, national, and local policies related to preventing student drop-out and supporting inclusion. The meeting allowed for the exchange of good practices and approaches concerning the project theme: guiding, monitoring, and evaluating students during their training period to reduce the risk of dispersion.

After that a Workshop on Inclusion and Student Engagement was conducted by the NGO “Walk Together”. The representatives of the organization shared their mission and experience in promoting social inclusion. The workshop included interactive activities involving students, focusing on teamwork, intercultural dialogue, and empathy-building exercises.

Participants then continued with a Cultural Visit to the Etropole Monastery of the Holy Trinity. The visit provided the participants with detailed information about the monastery’s history, architecture, and its role in the region’s cultural heritage. The day concluded with an Official Welcome Dinner at Restaurant “Etropolia”, where partners had the opportunity to continue informal discussions and strengthen cooperation.

DAY 2 – October 29, 2025

The second day started with a visit to the Vocational High School “Todor Peev” in Etropole. The school presented its vocational programs, educational facilities, and the guidance methods used to support students in choosing professional pathways.

After that th participants visited the Mining and Processing Complex “Ellatzite-Med” AD. This visit allowed them to observe real workplace environments and discuss the relationship between education and industry. Company representatives highlighted cooperation models between schools and business sectors to ensure relevant skills development and successful career orientation.

In the afternoon the group traveled to Pravets for a visit to the Museum of Miniatures – Bulgaria Land. The interactive tour sparked discussions about innovative approaches to cultural education and experiential learning.

DAY 3 – October 30, 2025

The final day began with a Guided Tour of SU “Hristo Yassenov”, including visits to classrooms, specialized laboratories, and the sports center. The school demonstrated its teaching facilities, modern equipment, and learning environment supporting student development.

After that a Collaborative Workshop and Co-Planning Session took place. Partners worked together to outline the Didactic Plan for Student Orientation, used Padlet to share observations and build a joint digital portfolio, and developed tools for evaluating and preventing the risk of school drop-out.

The mobility concluded with the Awarding of Certificates and a Closing Session. Participants reflected on the outcomes of the mobility and coordinated the next steps for ongoing “Work Project” activities.
